With over 10 years of equipment and parts sales experience and over 25 years of general construction experience Headwater Equipment has the knowledge and experience to help you purchase the right equipment for your next job.

Headwater Equipment was founded with a goal of providing quality new, used and rebuilt heavy equipment to our customers that we would be proud to use in our own construction company. We believe we have achieved this goal and we would like to think that our large number of returning customers would agree.

With a focus on late model Caterpillar, Deere and Hitachi construction equipment we are positive that we will have the quality used equipment that you are looking for that is always sold at a fair price.

Our new facility was opened in 2007 and is home to over 26,000 sq ft of indoor parts storage, large paint bay, welding bay, wash bay, sand blasting bay and a massive heavy equipment repair facility that can accommodate even the largest CAT equipment on the market.

With our large team of journeyman heavy duty mechanics, welders and painters our repair work is second to none ensuring that our customer always receives the very best heavy equipment possible. All of our purchased equipment is put through our repair facility to ensure it is in the best possible working order before it is ever sold.

Headwater Equipment is more than just heavy equipment sales and repairs we also have a large indoor parts building staffed by a knowledgeable heavy equipment parts and attachments sales force. We carry new, used and rebuilt parts and attachments for most makes and models of heavy equipment and with our inventory network if we do not have the part in stock we will find it for you.
