General Description & Dealer Notes
Rebuilt and Work ready Cat 815F Compactor - the following work has been performed in our shop on this unit:
Cab refurbished - New Seat, Louvers, Floor Matte, All Switches Good, Painted, Glass replaced as needed;
Engine Removed/Rebuilt - Complete rebuild on Engine;
Transmission - Pressure tested and oils inspected - all within specifications;
Packer Drums Removed/Rebuilt - New pads installed on Drums;
Front and Rear Axle Pivot Bearings Replaced - Axles inspected and oils changed;
All Hydraulic Hoses Inspected - Worn hoses replaced with New; Cylinders Resealed - Steering Cylinders, Lift Cylinder, Blade Tilt cylinder all removed and resealed;
Wiring Harnesses Replaced - Engine and Rad wiring harnesses replaced with New;
Radiator Removed and Mounting Brackets Repaired - radiator tested and in good working order;
New Edges installed on Blade;
Body Panels repaired as needed, Machine Fully Sandblasted and Repainted - New Decals installed.
